Starting April 15, 2023, all passengers traveling to and from the Philippines are required to register through the eTravel System and obtain their QR Code. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to get your eTravel Pass for your next trip.
What are the requirements to get an eTravel Pass?
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Flight details: Airline, Flight Number, Date of Departure / Arrival, Airport of Departure / Arrival.
- Address of where you will stay (Hotel, Airbnb, etc.)
- Personal details such as your full name, address, mobile number, and email.
- Covid19 Vaccination Details

Step 1: Within 72 hours prior to your departure or arrival, visit the eTravel Portal via https://etravel.gov.ph/
Step 2: Fill in the required details and click CONTINUE. Go through the Data Privacy and Affidavit of Undertaking and click YES, I AGREE.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details.
Make sure that all details match what is reflected on your passport.
Step 4: Enter your permanent address details.
Step 5: Enter your departure or arrival details.
This includes the date of flight, country of destination or departure, address of where you will stay, OFW (yes/no), the purpose of travel, traveler type, name of the airline, flight number, and airport of arrival or departure. Check your flight itinerary for terminal details if arriving or departing from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
If you’re entering the Philippines, you will need to indicate your vaccination details and all countries you have visited in the last 30 days.
Step 6: Review your details carefully and click submit.
Make sure that every detail listed is correct prior to submission to avoid any conflicts upon arrival or departure.
Step 7: Congratulations! You now have your eTravel QR Code.
